"Placed a order with the app. Somehow the address pin was sent out in the water for my address for delivery. Tried calling the store 11 times. No one picked up. Called DoorDash, since the driver delivered to a business park 4 miles away from me. They ever tried calling the store, but again no one would answer. Now trying to find out how I can get a refund, since the driver delivered to the wrong place, even though I tried call her and texting as well. Address in the app is correct for my home address, so not sure where the mess up came from."

"Hard to believe that the staff can get so overwhelmed that orders are missed. After waiting 30 minutes for take away, the option was to be refunded, or wait longer for food. No real explanation, "Sorry, two people walked away..." Needless to say, no lunch for me today. Third time I have eaten there and NEVER efficient: 1 of of three times, my food order was completely correct. Eat at your own risk when you have plenty of time..."

"First things first, this is NOT what I ordered. I ordered online where they can read what I wanted and still got it wrong. This was supposed to be a Chicken California Cheesesteak. It's NOT chicken at all; totally wrong order. I always get Charley's at the mall & never have an issue. The sandwich is dry and sad. I will never visit this location again. Will go to the mall next time."
