"Had the best time at The Pavilion at Star Lake! I saw SpiritBox, Papa Roach and Shinedown! I was literally in the 3rd row from the stage! I had to walk a bit to get to the gate, but everyone did so make sure to wear your walking shoes! Vendors were great! Attendants were helpful! It was a great experience!"
"It was our first time here, and we'll for sure be back. It's a fun, laid-back venue that throws some pretty good shows. There are a bunch of food options. All the ones we tried in particular were amazing. Doesn't seem like you can really go wrong with what you get. The drinks are on the pricey side, but that's to be expected. We had a great time at this venue. Reminded us a lot of Merryweather in Maryland."
"The only *needs improvement* mark is directing traffic OUT after the show. Ok, & the food isn't worth the price except popcorn. Going in, everything is organized very well. If you plan accordingly, you'll have a great time. The free DD soda is only at food stands, but is a great perk in hot weather. the show is always great, and I've never gad a better time than when I see shows here. 100% recommend every time. Anyone that has traffic issues didn't plan right. They open parking 2 hours before showtime for a reason. U should aim to arrive within an hour of the start time or sooner for a show you know will be extra packed. If you can't do that, expect to be late and it's nobodys fault but your own. Dont but tickets if u can't get there on time. The flow is nice and easy with 4 lanes to guide you to all the lots. The staff are nice. My only complaints are fellow audience members."
"My boyfriend and I went to the Pavilion at Star Lake on 8/23/23 to see the band Ghost. He uses a wheelchair, and every aspect of our stay was great from start to finish. We paid for reserved parking and the team helped us find a spot close to the entrance. The view from our ADA seating was immaculate. Our view was never obstructed and we were considerably close to the stage. Unfortunately, storm clouds quickly rolled in and by the time the opening band, Amon Amarth, stopped playing lightning was striking across the sky. The Star Lake team calmly and quickly ushered the lawn seating into the covered areas and then Ghost came on stage. The sound, lighting and other effects were AMAZING. Sadly, their set was cut a little short because the storm came back in full force. The lead singer walked back on stage and personally announced to the crowd that we needed to exit the Pavilion in an orderly fashion for our own safety, and thanked us for our cooperation. Staff members helped escort wheelchair users to their parking, and a crowd member stopped us to offer a rain poncho. The overall experience was perfect and in no way hindered by the storm. We would absolutely come back for another show."
"Excellent 1st time HERE!!!!!! Facilities well maintained. Plenty of Porta-Johns everywhere. By the end of any concerts are going to be pretty full so that wasn't surprising. To the people who sit down to go to the bathroom you might want to bring a roll of toilet paper just to wipe off the seat. That's more on the concertgoers than the venue. Big screens everywhere so no matter where you're sitting you can pretty much see a up close video center stage. Went to see the Outlaw Tour. The facility's commitment to make the concert happen despite rain storms is amazing! Drainage on the grounds were excellent considering the downpour we had no huge puddles. The parking lot was as good as it could get. Suggestion: if you know it's gonna rain.. bring 2 pair of shoes/boots/flip-flops or whatever you wear. People were grilling out sitting out in their lawn chairs in the parking lot, pretty fun lot scene. Nobody was being stupid most people were being totally respectable although that is a Willie Nelson crowd. Thank you for making my first Willie Nelson concert an extraordinary event!!!! Excellent first time here. Will definitely go see more shows at this venue. FYI taking pictures in the rain of the screens did not lend to give you guys very good pictures I apologize for that."
