"For supposed to come out and look at a new liner stated. We'd be out at 9 AM that came and went for the rest of the day. I traveled over a 100 miles round trip to come. Do this and these clowns don't show up for anything. I don't understand how you can run a successful business like that and profit and move forward when you run it the way they do I'm sure they will. Be out of business just like most of the fly by night full companies"

"We got a coyote system put in with a UV light and water softener, costing a grand total nearing $6000. People were friendly, said if we had any questions to call them up and they'd be happy to help, great first day. 3 days later we see there's a small leak in the pipe, that sucks but it happens. So I call them up on a Thursday at 3pm, about 5 times and no one answers so I leave a message to please get back to us asap water is leaking into our basement and we had to turn it off. Then Sunday rolls around and I am not happy, no call back, nothing. I call again and no answer but I leave another message saying we don't have water because a pipe they put in is defective. Monday morning 9.30 a woman calls me sounding offended that a pipe they used could be the problem, well it is so come fix it. "We'll have someone out around 3 to 4" okay I can do that. We get to the house at 3 (we can't live in it yet) and sit there til 4.30. I call them again, no answer. Leave a message. Even unhappier. They call back at 5.30 "oh sorry that last job took longer than they thought, can you meet them 9am tomorrow morning?" We work night shift. Not doing that. "Oh I'll call you back soon and let you know what we can do" Doesn't call back until 10.30am the next day. (At this point not surprised). So we arrange to go at 2pm and I tell them we will be there at 2 on the dot. My husband meets them and great they fix it. Or so we thought. Right now im standing in my house with a flooded basement because water was spewing from the top of our 300 gallon tank, ruining our wooden wall behind it. I called them, they didn't answer. Left another message. I wonder what'll happen this time."

"They don't make people like this anymore. I tried ALL of the south hills "so called" pool companies. None of them had the knowledge or integrity to solve my difficult problem. They all want to sell chemicals and pumps and do the easy work.
