I’ve bought 4 mattresses here, recliners, sectionals, etc, etc, etc. My recent purchase of a mattress included two free pillows, one of which I asked to exchange because it had half the stuffing of a typical pillow. Even the clerk said; “that’s half a pillow!” The customer service mansplained that it was a machine-made product and they put the exact amount of synthetic material in each pillow (as he is furiously attempting to fluff the pillow.) He refused to exchange the defective pillow. I walked away a very dissatisfied customer after years of being a loyal customer. This fellow decided that a $4 wholesale pillow was worth losing his next furniture sale. We were about to purchase a king-size mattress. We will be going elsewhere."
