"Gong cha tea has really gone down hill because they aren't consistent with their tea at all locations. It's either they messed up the drink or messed up the order. There is definitely better options in the area. She just laughed at me when I told her I order black tea not milk tea. They just threw the milk tea from my other drink to this drink. The lack of care for customer is just laughable. If they find that I knew the difference between black tea and earl Grey milk tea funny."
