"Interesting to see all kinds of reviews here. I would recommend that you leave ample time to look around. Have an idea what you want because the store is huge. It is hard to tell from the outside. I didn't find the service anything to write home about but I didn't find it horrible either. These guys run a busy business and at times it can get crazy. We will go back from time to time to see what is new. Overall, if you want to save a few bucks on used furniture -- then Hartlaub's is a good place to add to your shopping list."

"I go for deals on good used pieces. They have a wide selection and the staff is helpful and friendly. They take credit cards and will load the items. Delivery option is available but I've never needed. If you are furnishing a new apartment or house on a tight budget and are looking for variety this is the best place on the area to go. They have choices for all rooms of the home.they have a small selection of used appliances but mostly furniture including many vintage pieces."
