"So far I'm NOT happy. Sales was great. Delivery is getting on my nerves. They delivered a base that was broken. It was repackaged and sent out. The expectation was that we would accept it and take a credit. I bought new, not damaged. Now we find out we are not on the delivery schedule. Have to beg to get what we paid for and do it at their convenience. Cannot get first stop, like original mattress delivery, so I can get on with my day. Very poor customer care after they try and get something over on you. Update: So we delayed leaving on our trip to get the new base delivered. Delivery guys both times were great to deal with. In and out. I'm still not happy being treated like a sucker and being sent damaged, repackaged items and then begging to get corrected."
