"Unsatisfied!!! Will not return. I come here alot due to convenience but within the last few months my nails have been cracking in half. It could be 1-3 days later or the next week. Its happening to much and the amount of money being spent you would think the treatment/customer service was good. To spend $10 everytime a nail crack within the first few days or even the next week and it wasnt your fault is crazy. The guy with several tattoos, skinny, was rude and it wasnt necessary. I was rushed for payment ,overtalked, he kept saying yeah yeah, I was unable to use my nail reward points and wanted to because I will no longer coming here for service. The manager spoke to me on the phone briefly, put me on hold to call salon, and never came back to the line with me to apologize for his rude staff. I find it sad of how you can be treated and you give your money to them often. Dont get your nails done here."

"Sunita is excellent! She’s always friendly and patient. While there are only two nail technicians which is sometimes annoying when you want to get an appointment, it means the salon is a calm, relaxing environment to get your nails done."

"I went in to get lashes. I was asked to come back in 30 minutes. When I got back I waited 30 minutes. The young woman doing my lashes said she didn't know why the other woman to do my lashes. So she was forced to do them. Why ask me to come back. Just say they don't have any one to do lashes. Never going back."

"First time here, came in for a french gel manicure, I asked the tech to make the tip deeper (I asked for almond shape) he said that’d be $10 more, told him that was okay. I asked him to make the line thinner please he said it would be $15 more, once again I told him that was okay. Mind you, the design was coming out bubbly and chunky, I asked him to please made them thinner- this is when he told me “I can take it off and you do the polish yourself.” Paid for services and left, first and last time there."

"Came here for a French pedicure with gel. I got the deluxe package (don’t remember the name but it was the $70 one) and y’all they look so bad.. so incredibly bad. The white line on the French part is lumpy with bubbles in it, and I had to have her redo it cause it wasn’t even. I spoke up about 3x but I’m not sure she understood what I was asking for. Staff was friendly and the salon was clean and well kept, but if I ever decide to come back I’ll have to ask for something simple cause yeah … this was not it."
