"If your an McDonald's app user than the one on Belmont Ave is the best one. The prices there are cheaper than the next five McDonald's in the area. The deals there are better in the area."

"Drive through service is often very poor. There are always a couple employees who seem like this is the first day on the job and they can't figure out how to communicate with customers through their headset mic and are unaware that they are talking amongst themselves. Also sometimes they didn't even acknowledge the order and you're left sitting there for several minutes."

"This McDonalds is the worst one in Baltimore. They need to shut them down. If you eat here beware. They don’t honor they own app. The sauce free they will ring you up for syrup in order to get money if you buy it at window. Like what??? No ring me up for Ranch and stop playing ITS FREE!!!!!!!!! "The attitude of the staff needs major readjusting in quite a few locations. The fries in some locations are a turn-off for me. They are white, sweaty, and wiggle looking, and most times, half done. They used to be a lot better in every department, a few years ago. Buckle up MacD. You can do better!"

"Customer service is consistently off at this location. No matter which time of the day I come, it takes ~10 minutes to get through the drive thru. This location has the worst drive thru wait time. Each time, I am asked to pull to the 3rd window for 2 items while they take their slow sweet time. They don't tell you why you have to wait, and when they finally give you your food, they do not apologize, thank you for your patience, or give any free items for the inconvenience. They don't say anything at all and just hand you your food. It seems as though management isn't present or doing their job. The employees don't seem happy. You are better off going down the street to the other McDonald's on Security Blvd for better service. The only positive thing I can say is that I received what I ordered. I hate to say it, but this location would be better off with robots if the employees can't even bother to speak."
