"The male manager is great! My mom brought me along on her regular pawn jewelry hunt that she's been doing for a year now. He was pleasant, reasonable and went above and beyond to help us both. We walked out with 3 great pieces. Unfortunately, I did not get the same great service from the other 2 associates."
