Nisha the branch manager and all her stuff are so accomodating. They help me with all the things I need to do. Very orgnized and helpful. "The worse bank branch ever.!!! And I literally see why they have 1 star.!! I came in to cash my check I used my card to swipe because I’m a account holder there .!! I recent got married and haven’t updated my drivers license yet so she tells me they can’t cash it without giving me any options .! First off when I came in the staff was super rude from the start .. So I asked could I bring other documents (my social and marriage license she said no I had to change it in the system first … I go to another bank show all my identification and they cashed it with ease ..!! This bank is so lazy and rude"

"Do not use these ATMs, they always freeze and are unable to finish the transaction, today during my deposit it froze and didn’t process my transaction. After spending an hour on the phone, the transaction still isn't posted and I might not see the money anytime soon. This is not the first time the ATM at this location froze on me. According to BOA employees at this location this happens all the time. No ATM should regularly work this way if you plan on satisfying your card holders"
