"I am on a very particular diet at the moment for health reasons and called to see if they had gluten free bread. They did! The associate informed me it would be a small up charge but that was just fine with me. Regretfully, I didn’t get his name, but he was so sweet and remembered me when I came in to order. I was also asked if I had any additional allergies. Lovely bunch and I’m so happy to have options!"

"I've only recently tried this place, and wow...is it delicious. I've tried about 4-5 subs, and they were all great and at a decent price. The people are always awesome and go way above to provide great service. I had to wait a little bit for my sandwich, and everyone kept checking in on me and tried offering a drink or chips to compensate; which was totally unnecessary because it was not a long wait at all. A++"

"The subs are ALWAYS Fabulous!! The SERVICE however WAS NOT! The young man that took my order didn't take it correctly, then said that I had not given him the correct order. To start, I would NEVER not ask for GF bread, because I'm allergic to gluten. So me not ordering it correctly goes out the window. Also, my children were with me and heard me say "Giant Gluten Free #7". After I had to wait an additional 12 minutes for them to correct my sub, knowing that it's an allergy, the young lady prepping my sub uses the regular mayo spatula, rather than the designated allergy spatula. Then I hear the young man that took my order start talking about me to the on shift supervisor. Clearly there is a training error at this location. I didn't have time to discuss with them how unprofessional they were acting or correct them on proper allergy food handling, because they had already made me extremely late for my meeting."

"I ordered online and walked in to pick my food up and there was zero recognition from employees. All of the online orders were placed on a tray without any indication they were ready. The tickets with the order info wee intentionally faced away from the customers. I spent an extra ten minutes waiting for something that was already made. The employee informed me that the do that because "door dash drivers steal food". Not sure this is an acceptable solution to that problem. The food is good but the lazy service will make me hesitant to return to this location."

"I love Jersey Mike's in Georgia more so than MD. The bread is horrible. It does not matter which one. They all overbaked dry & rosemary does not even taste like rosemary. The cheese on the bread tastes like hard plastic. The only thing I can say is good is Meat and Cheese. I also tried the big Kahana. I had to throw it in the trash. It was horrible. I am unsure what is going on, but it starting to be my least favorite sandwich shop. I am unsure if it's management or employees making the bread and sandwiches. The pride and quality of jersey mikes reputation is gone. Sadly I really hope that get it together soon"
