"FNB is not even close forecasting escrow for taxes. Id be fired if my forecasts were off that much. also pandemic is over for years now. enough with increasing costs just because its the trendy thing to do."

"The mortgage management of this bank is very less transparent. The customer service sucks, wait time of 45-60 minutes. Regular banking from bank locations are good. The online banking via web and mobile app sucks. No option of mortgage statements online. They send paper copies if you don’t save them you are left with no copies. There is no other perks of having account with this bank, credit unions are way better."

"The worse bank. I have a auto loan through them and they do not allow online banking for loans, can’t make any debit/credit card payments, can’t make over the phone payments until your 10-15 days late, only accept acct and routing number afterwards for payment or mailed check. It’s like they want you to be late. I tried to pay the bill pay via check one time, two checks at once actually, but they kept claiming they didn’t get the check after almost a month and so they towed my car. Next day they said one check came, but now I had $400 plus dollars in towing fees and I stopped payment on the second check and wired the funds instead because who knew when will they receive that one !"

"Account opened in June 2022: The Grindstone, PA office is beyond horrible. They ran my credit WITHOUT my permission. Kept saying they would help and call me back but took months to get anywhere with them. I started off with my mortgage loan, then added my checking, savings, and money market. I then opened my auto loan with them and finally a credit card. I closed my auto loan, checking, savings, and money market. I am now trying to close the credit card but NO ONE WANTS TO HELP!! I no longer have the card and you need the 16 digits to get thru to a customer service rep. I cannot wait to get rid of these people 100% but the current state of the US and the interest rate hike... I am stuck sadly. But look at the 1 star reviews and be cautious before opening with these people."

"Worst bank to go through for a vehicle loan. When the loan is paid in full and even after the vehicle is paid in full and address change submitted it is difficult to get the title. Title sent to wrong address and after 3 weeks the bank said there was nothing that could be done but wait. Do NOT deal with them....not one person that answers the phone was able to correctly transfer a call and all of them sound like they hate their jobs!!!"
