"I echo everyone else on this thread to review CCS. It seems that their specialists really never do an in depth search of any issues. Escalation contacts do not return calls, you’re never able to speak to anyone to truly resolve an issue. There is no continuity in calls within the departments. I’ve spent, in the last week, at least 10 hours on the phone trying to resolve what, on the surface, should be a simple issue with a change to my insurance where some of what I’ve been receiving is no longer covered as durable medical equipment but covered through the pharmacy. I have spoken to patient support services, billing, the reorder team. I’ve been on a 4 way call with my insurance provider, patient support, billing, and reorder and still have not reached a resolution. I’ve reached out via email twice with no acknowledgement. If you are given multiple suppliers from your insurance, I would use CCS only as a last resort."
"This company is extremely incompetent! There is an issue with almost every order I place. Still waiting on my most recent order which was supposed to ship on Jan 1st. I reached out a week before the expected ship date knowing that they wouldn’t contact me if there were issues they would just cancel my order. Even though the order was placed in early Dec I was being told that they were waiting on a new prescription since my current one expired Dec 30th. I called my doc right away to fill my prescription which they did the very next day. After many phone calls I was told my order would ship overnight on Jan 4th to arrive on the 5th. My order never shipped! To add injury to insult I just got a text message from them saying their records indicate I am overdue on reordering. For all the $ this company makes one would think they would get their act together."
"Twice in the past several months, I have not received my order. The first time I ordered online then a week later received a call from CCS going over all the exact information I had put on the online order. Then,.I did not even get my order and had to call CCS and they said I had to give some odd information about not putting my application aside. I still have no idea what they were talking about. They also said I ordered too early. Today, my sensor quit and I realized that I had not received the order I had placed in the mail about 2.5 weeks ago. When i called, I was first told that they had no record of my order then that it was a new prescription. So which is it? My doctor’s office has never not reordered promptly. If I can find another supplier, I will quit CCS. Now with the holiday, it will likely be over a week of finger sticks multiple times a day."
"If I could rate a 0/5 stars I would. This medical supply company is awful. They don’t know how to use their phones. An order will be canceled for insurance issues but they will not notify their customers. It’s up to you as the patient to check their online order tracking statuses to make sure your order actually goes through. They won’t reach out to you to tell you there is an error. So basically you’ll end up without your supplies or equipment and they won’t even attempt to remedy the situation. I can’t say enough bad things about this company. Oh and if you do happen to get ahold of someone there enjoy being placed on hold for hours on end and pray that you don’t get disconnected and have to the start the whole process over again."
"I wish I could give them 0 stars. I have been trying to get them to fill my doctor's prescriptions for insulin pump supplies. Their "system" is showing that I have two primary insurances (I don't. One insurance is no longer active, but they won't take my word for it.) Somehow their database being screwed up is mine to solve!? I'm supposed to call both insurance companies and have them "fix" this problem!! Hey CCS Medical, my husband has worked in IT for over 45 years. How about you get someone competent in your IT Department!!!! You have certainly earned your TERRIBLE reputation."
