"Way good to haves fresh nutrients always ... Onion rings yum"
"The guy taking the order in the Drive-Thru was rude and when he misunderstood what I said and I corrected him at the window he caused a scene with his manager calling everyone over you heard that order right right and manager rolled her eyes at me too. You can hear everything through the window. Everyone in there had a RBF. I know it's BK but come on you work in customer service."
"Folks, I only have one thing to be negative about. The mobile service is horrible. I have placed 2 mobile orders in the last month. One for breakfast and one for lunch. Both times the order was not there or she couldn't find it. Although it was there. Then I was handed cold food as they looked for an order that was sitting plain site. I waited over 40 minutes for a mobile order. Oh ! by the way there was only myself and another customer."
"Extremely slow drivethrough, service is slow. You could waist a 30 minute lunch break waiting. Definitely not on the ball. Do not recommend!!!! Chicken was burnt!!"
"This is apparently a Ch'King? The soggy breading concerns me about eating it more than anything. I barely get Burger King anymore and now I remember why. It's gone downhill so fast. The young employees are usually nice and I give them a ton of respect, it's the managers that always seem like they can't stand their own job. They pressure the teens to make orders while they stand around complaining. I do hope some managers can be let go and bring in some with proper positive attitudes. If you do that, I'm sure the quality will go up in mere days."
