"I ordered a meal and it wasn't made the way I requested, but I called and explained what happened and they replaced it with the correct meal and were extremely polite about the situation and apologized multiple times. Great place to eat. I recommend them as the food is extremely good as is their service."

"Eat there regularly and pizza is always good. Shrimp Parm tonight was good but tried the lasagna again after not eating it for a long time and it was still the worst lasagna I've ever had. Noodle overcooked and meat/cheese inside is tasteless and almost pureed thick mass."

I came in not happy my phone order was forgotten after only 10 min after but Emma managed to show nothing but understanding compassion for the situation and assured I left feeling appreciated as a customer. We need more woman in customer service like her around, she is super cool, pleasant and generous. Even gave me information on saving my receipts for gift cards using fetch to get gifts cards she is great informative caring and patient."

"I have been a frequent customer at Mikes in Brodheadsville. I am so disappointed in the quality of his food and service lately. I went for dinner tonight and it came out cold. I tell the waitress after about 15 minutes of trying to get her attention. She questions me about it being cold. She takes it back and they microwave it so it’s semi warm. It was hot on the bottom and still cold on top. I think I’m going to have to find another place for my night out. My bfs dinner was semi warm and wasn’t very good."
