"Debbie did an amazing job on my hair. Normally I have issues with the layer style when some stylists try to cut layers in my hair. She cut it perfectly. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She looked at it once and that’s it. I think my hair looks better than the picture. My hair cut was relaxing. She is very friendly, great customer service, down to earth, and she a pro at cutting hair. I will never go to anyone elsewhere as long as I live in King George. Even my husband loved my hair."

"DO NOT GO HERE! I simply showed the guy that was cutting my hair a previous picture of myself a few months back and said I want exactly that. I asked for VERY subtle layers and that I didn’t want it to short. He then proceeds to cut my hair and when he was finished cutting I was escorted to pre dry in a large hair dryer, and then I realized how short he actually cut it and basically cut a bowl hair cut over top of inside of my hair. My confidence is now gone and I hate that this place did that. All I wanted was to cut it a little past my shoulders. Obviously more than that was done."

"I specifically called and booked a curly cut. I told my stylist that I was booked for a wash, a curly cut and a style. When I was talking to the stylist I told her that I wanted the LEAST amount of hair cut off that was possible I just wanted the dead ends cut off and for her to shape my hair a specific way. Despite SPECIFICALLY stating that I wanted to keep as much of my length as possible 6 and half inches of my hair was cut off, not only was that amount cut off but my hair wasn’t cut in the shape I wanted it to be, it looks like i have two completely different cuts. I’m unfortunately going to have to go to another salon and cut even more off to make my hair look how I want it to."

"This is by far the worst haircut I have ever got! After getting home and looking at my hair, I couldn’t believe I just paid $40 for this. I asked for about 4 inches of my long hair and long layers to be put back in. I have a blunt chop along the bottom that’s not even straight nor blended…under layers hanging out, angled in sides that are not matching 1 side to the next including a chunk completely missed. I wish I could attach pictures. At this point I’m not going back for it to be corrected because It went from long mid back length to now shoulder length and I don’t want it shorter. So I guess my options are to try to blend it myself and keep it curled into it grows out. I had someone previously do my hair here and was great. Today, however, she should go back to school."

"Please do not come here!! They will mess your hair up!! It’s been a month and I’m still so upset. My friend payed over the phone for me as I cannot afford this. I told them I only wanted a trim. No shampoo etc. she made me sit while all the employees went to the back I assume it was a meeting. When she came back she made me call my friend and told me to go sit down. She comes over a few minutes later and hands my stylist the tip before she even started which IMO is very unprofessional. Of course she’s not going to try hard if she knows she was already tipped. She Than tells me my friend payed for the shampoo, cut and straightening it.. I don’t know what changed since I talked to my friend but I didn’t want any of that done. Well the shampooing was not great, it made my hair smell awful and I feel she rushed through it. I was already an emotional mess that day this was the icing on the cake. . Well I decided I wanted to cut enough off so I can donate but the length she told me I needed to cut off was not what they did. Short story short it took over 2 hours and 2 stylist. My hair is curly in the back and straight up front. I told her I didn’t want it to look puffy or thick. She asked advice from other stylist so I know she didn’t know how to work with my hair. Should have stopped there. She ended up doing whatever she wanted with my hair, a style I never even asked for. They were an hour past closing so already in a rush and just kept chopping off and it was so uneven. Still is and I’m embarrassed to walk around with it. I called the manager back. She told me to come in but it was already way to short I was not going to take the risk of them messing it up even worse. I should have looked at the reviews before I went. If I knew how to post a pic I would show you how bad it is. Please don’t go here!!"
