"I've been here twice for a hair cut and dye. The first time I was seen at the time of my appointment but the second I was called in advance to be informed that the hair stylist was running a little behind. They are very professional and even offer free touch ups within a week in case the cut isn't exactly how you want it. I have wavy/curly hair and I always find it hard to find someone who knows how to cut my hair. I wish I remembered the name of the one who cut my hair because it was the best cut of my life. I was even able to get a pixie cut that looks amazing. I highly recommend this place."

She takes the time to consult with them listening carefully and patiently to where they want to place their part, how much time do they want to spend styling, what color would look best on them, what length for what particular style, etc. Short of living with them for a day, she learns everything about their hair before she starts to cut it. The result is always a cut that looks fabulous whether curly or straight, that blows out with ease, and that ensures they will still receive compliments on it weeks later. Ryan Jacobs is a magical place. Its staff is talented and personable, the salon is impeccably clean and well-decorated, and you leave loving your hair! If you have not yet discovered this gem, give it a try. You will be glad you did."

"Kressha and staff are nice. I read the reviews and thought I found a local salon that'd be great. To be honest, she's just okay. I have yet to find a stylist that I absolutely love every time. She's gone out of her way to right a wrong a couple of times because she wants you to be happy. So can't complain there. Just not that impressed."
