"Food was fresh ran out of few things when I was there but manager accommodated with substitute"
"I want to start off by saying I am appalled by the unprofessionalism from this Popeyes establishment. I went through the drive through today and ordered some chicken with fries, when I pulled up to the window to my surprise I look in and see a worker grabbing a handful of my fries without gloves/ protection, I asked the person working the window to please give me a new order of fries because what I witnessed was disgusting. They were understanding and told me they would make some fresh fries. I later on called this Popeyes to complain to the manager and she continues to ask me if I knew the race of the worker or if this worker was white. I feel it should not matter what race the worker is, what matters is making sure they have clean, gloved hands while serving food. I am very disappointed."
"I hate this place. Every. Single. Time that I come here I order ahead on the app. Yet the order is NEVER ready for pick up when the order is supposed to be ready. Then we always have to wait 15 minutes for it to get cooked and put together. I'm not talking about a big order, just 2 things for my kids. The biggest mystery is that the order isn't ready yet there are 11 people working there. This is not "fast food""
"Drive thru on a Friday at around noon, no line. Took a couple minutes to get a #1 with beans & drink, $10. Sandwich was great as expected. I got the beans because they were recommended, and I don't get it; they're just beans? Oh well. Seemed fine overall."
"- staff were really rude, the girl at the drive thru had such a bad attitude. Just a note if you can't be friendly or at least fake it for the general public , quit working in customer service. - food was horrible, chicken and fries were dry and had no flavor at all. Asked for BBQ sauce and didn't even get it, also asked for ketchup and the girl gave so much attitude. - service was quick but I think it's cause the food was old and nasty. - prices are normal for the area. - has a decent amount of parking spots. - overall a poor first experience at this location, I don't recommend this place."
