"They are never open on time (even with a set appointment made) and the wait in the parking lot along with the braiders is unacceptable. After being “patient” with them and still having my time disrespected and being overcharged for work, I decided to go elsewhere. I came into the shop two days prior and PERSONALLY made an appointment with the braider who took me to the front of the store and wrote me down in the appointment book. It’s truly a shame that instead of this business taking accountability for their poor customer service and time management, they instead attempt to gaslight and deny this as the truth. Particularly when many other people have commented and left reviews regarding having to wait for appointments and this business frequently opening late and off schedule.
