"Terrible customer service and communication! I don't take any pleasure in given reviews negative in nature. The store manager acknowledged the fact that I waited too long, and she tried to help... I simply thanked her and left never to return. At least at other places, I see schedules of stylists, so I may better plan my time. Giving two stars because the manager tried everything to keep me as a client. This issue has repeated itself too many times."

"The wait time was not bad as I got taken back at the time I was scheduled; however, the only effort that was made at conversation was asking if I wanted a shampoo and asking what I wanted done with my hair. I chose to opt out of the shampoo but did have to have my hair wet for the cut. When finished all I was asked was, “was there anything else you wanted?” Rather than asking if I wanted a blow dry, style, etc. walked out with hair still wet as I was just over the whole experience. When I got home and blow dried my hair I found that I have a choppy cut that doesn’t blend at all. I went to the hair ‘butchery’ one time years back and had a terrible experience then. I had hopes that this time would be better but it was just another disappointment. The only plus was that I only paid $24 for the cut. I won’t visit again."

"Update: store lead called me and she did my hair herself! I am now ready to look gorgeous for this special day. What’s the point of making an appointment to be called an hour and half before asking to come the next day? I can’t, this is for an event today. You can hear everyone else in the background saying no to taking me or staying late. I literally only needed my hair curled with a curling iron—I’m terrible at doing my own hair. Would take someone 20 min max and they close at 5 not at 4 when I was scheduled."

"Thoroughly disappointed. I sent my nephew in for an appointment at 4: 40pm Sunday. The lady took him back only to have him go back to wait in the waiting area because her client that was late to his appointment was getting impatient and she decided to take him in front of my nephew. My nephew did not get done with his service until 7:00pm. This however is not the worst part. He just moved here from out of state last July to live with us. He had been in foster care for almost 3 years. Monday was the first day of in person school for him. He has never been able to meet any of his peers until then since we have been in this pandemic. As you can imagine this is a big deal to a 9th grader at a new school. His hair is not good. We have to do better guys and gals... It was about 5-6 inches on top and curly. I told her not to cut it and if she did to take 3 quarter to half an inch off. There are NO curls left and the sides are buzzed completely up the sides where there is no option to even blend it out. He came home crying. I have never felt sorrier for him. I recently retired from this industry after 22 years of doing hair. My advice would be if you can not accomplish what someone is asking for, simply let them know so they can find someone that can, you will build much more respect from clients and gain more knowledge from observing others until you learn how. We asked for a low drop fade. Trim on top. Here are pics in order.. what we asked for..his hair prior to service...what he got."
