"I cannot possibly state too strongly how much I recommend that you do NOT go to this nail salon. I went with a friend to have a gel polish manicure. Usually, a nail tech squirts some acetone on cotton balls and wraps each nail with some foil & the cotton. The tech at Celebrity poured a BOWL of acetone and had me submerge my fingers in the bowl for a good 10 - 15 minutes. Then they used the nail drill much more extensively than I've ever had before. The polish itself was fine. After they finished, I was horrified to watch them pour the whole bowl of acetone down the drain - which, in Calvert County, pretty much means straight into the Chesapeake. Within a week or so, four of my nails had broken. I'll never go back."
