"I just walked in to inquire about my daughter and I getting our nails done. I specifically told them what I wanted and inquired about the time to perform the service. She asked if I had an appointment and I replied no. She didn’t bother to review her appointment book or suggest a time or day that she could perform the service; simply replying I can’t do it. So I proceeded to walk out and state that’s fine. I certainly don’t beg people to take my money and if that is your idea of customer service, I definitely don’t want to spend my money with you."

"In town to visit my daughters and was trying to find another shop got lost and stumbled upon this one so we went in! Soooo glad we did. We were taken care of immediately. I got a pedicure and my daughters both got full sets which were Done great and my one daughter got nail art which was absolutely AMAZING!!! My pedicure was the best I’ve ever had. She was sooo thorough and attentive and did not rush like most do. I don’t live in the area anymore but whenever I visit I will definitely come back here! A+ service and shop was clean with a nice relaxing inviting energy. Everyone was very nice and accommodating! I will post pics below."
