"My personal experience is horrible! This owner..Rochelle makes appointments but then Cancels the very day [of! I went to her a few times..and the few times I was serviced. She was all OVER THE PLACE..HAD OTHER PEOPLE SHAMPOOING WHO DIDNT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY SHAMPOO..I waited at the bowl in chair for nearly 1 hour .. this stylist/owner.. in my personal opinion is extremely short tempered..rude and unpleasant..will not go here AGAIN"

"I took my daughter there today and usually my daughter's hair looks so professiona, but today her hair was so messed up. She got a wash, cut, blow dry and flat iron for $85.00 and came out looking so dry and frizzy to me that's the purpose of getting it flat iron so it can look straight and nice. A waste of my $85.00. I advised my daughter I could of did that for her at home. I was going to get my hair cut, but the way my daughter's hair looked I changed my mind. Usually the lady that did her hair does a good job but today was the worst. I guess because she was doing like 4 ladies at 1 time. My daughter and I will not be going back there again."

"I arrived at my hair appointment a few minutes late and was met at the door and told to wait in my car after I got dropped off in a Uber in the rain. I walked to a nearby store and waited about 10 to be called in just to sit at the bowl with a tight cape on around my next for at least 40 minutes. She cut my hair so short when she wasn’t able to do the style I asked for there was literally nothing I could do because all my hair gone. After Rochelle not being able to do the style I showed her a picture of she had me sitting for hours just to give me a ugly hair style she wouldn’t wear herself. I’m so disappointed, I cried in the salon and after wards. $110 down the drain, I look a mess. I got there at 2:10 and left well after 8pm. I’m not happy with anything but the color."

"It was my first time in the salon and I wanted something refreshing for my hair. I had Rochelle she did an amazing job on my hair. The salon really listens to what you want to get done and they really treat you like family. I'm definitely coming back this salon is my favorite new spot."
