"This store is SUPER stingy on their fries. I have experienced this more than a few times now. The employees don’t realize that many people order the expensive fries just for the fries and getting an extremely tiny amount of fries is totally ridiculous"
"I love five guys but the service in this five guys will make me keep driving to the next. The order was wrong, no biggie...it happens. The deal breaker was the milkshake. I order it with the burger but after 10 minute wait for the burger and after eating g the whole burger, the milkshake was nowhere to be found. I asked and I was told they were understaffed and I would get the milkshake soon. I thought of chucking g it to bad luck and just walking away but I really wanted my milkshake. 45 minutes later, I finally got my salted caramel milkshake and it wasn't even good."
"I love Five Guys burgers and fries. Some of the best in the business. Consider the following constructive criticism: 1. Too expensive for fast food yet not a table service restaurant. And still the cash register asks you to tip before you are even served. 2. The soda fountain is usually awesome with all the possible flavors and mixes but this time they were mostly out and even the Coke tasted weak. 3. Peanuts were from NC even though Virginia grows the best peanuts."
"I just wanted to leave a review on the customer service I received late night, last minute order, the burger was outstanding. For it to be a late night last-minute order the team had took their time to accommodate me and making sure that I got everything that I ordered and it was made fresh. I don’t take that lightly I greatly appreciate it. What an outstanding team. Thank you, Jamie and Leydi for your outstanding service, blessings."
"Disappointed in service ordered ahead because I had limited time , french fries only item, was told by their app order would take three minutes. I live 10 minutes away upon arrival the app said oder ready proceed to pick up. Go to pick up order not ready have to wait for fries. I forfeited the money and just left."
