"Never had any issues here until today, which will be our last trip. Lady made our food correctly but I guess at some point while ringing people up our food was swapped with someone else's. After getting home and realizing we were given the wrong food, I went back to the mall to get it corrected. Turns out what they charged us for was $2 less than what we really ordered and in order for them to give the correct food, they needed to ring me up for a separate $2 charge. At a time where a place should be tripping over themselves to refund the whole order for the wasted time, gas, & inconvenience that was caused entirely by their own doing , they still demand the extra $2."
