"The customer service was okay; there weren't many customers, so the food came out fairly quickly. I started with the shrimp spring rolls and felt they were missing something, perhaps mint or basil. Next, I ordered the Pho Special Combo, and while the broth didn't have a bad flavor, I felt it was missing something and wasn't as rich and flavorful as I like."

"We basically stalked this location weekly until they opened over a year ago. Since they opened for business we have gone no more than two weeks between visits. The Shaken Beef has the softest cuts of steak you will ever eat, the spring rolls are great, and the Pho is my all time favorite. Our family believes in supporting local restaurants whenever possible, we find the food quality and quality of service is better. The owner, Troy, takes pride in his food and you can tell by the quality of the ingredients you are getting the very best every time you sit down at Pho Town."

"Food, service, and environment were spectacular. I had been waiting for this place to open up and nothing to be disappointed about. I had vegetarian spring rolls and vegetarian pho. All vegetables so fresh, bok choy and broccoli cooked perfectly al dente, bean sprouts super crisp and clean, spicy jalapeno slices on the side. Plus a bottle of Sirahcha at the table to use as much or little as you like. Service was right on time to refill water or take away an empty plate, and the tables are nicely arranged. It's a very bright and clean feeling location. As of the time of this review they haven't been open very long and some items are not yet available, but I did find out they have others that aren't on the menu yet so ask if you are curious (for example, they do offer a pho with shrimp which isn't on the menu). Only negative to mention (and opportunity to improve service), don't order your appetizer and meal at the same time. Even though I ordered an appetizer and stated I wanted my pho after, they brought both to the table within one minute of each other. Overall an excellent spot and they do what they do very well."
