"App order said ready on app no one came out after 45 minutes. Went inside no one is available to help. Drive through said order not ready. This place is a mess never going here again."
"This restaurant is a mess. I did a mobile order and arrived and checked in to let them know I was there. I waited for 20 minutes before I even went into the restaurant. Not one person said anything for about 5 minutes, and finally, I asked for help. They told me they were making my order. Now it's been 25 minutes, and they were just making my order. I told the lady I wanted a refund, and she ignored me and went and told another coworker instead of finding the manager. If I didn't have hungry kids in my car, I would have demanded my money. In all, I waited 30 minutes for warm food and bad service. I would like to know what the problem is they had 2 ppl on the inside and what looked like 3 cars in the drive-thru. I will never visit this location again. They clearly need new employees who know how to deal with customers or the current staff needs customer service training and training on time management."
"We came to McDonald's before 1030 was in the line. When we got to the window to order our food. It was 6 minutes after 10:30 and they told us that we couldn't get breakfast. After we sent a guide to order a $100 worth of breakfast for a bunch of different people. You're, you're your people turned us away. Which is very bad service as far as I'm concerned just because you're getting ready to convert from breakfast to lunch and we were there. I'm a 41030 and it's very un professional. To turn somebody away when they were in line before 1030."
