"First I want to thank the manager for doing everything he could to make our visit pleasant. He was jumping on what was a fairly busy time because of the birthday party. 15 May we were seated around 6:30 PM. The hostess accidentally took all but one sett of silverware. After five minutes or so the waitress stopped and asked what we’d like to drink. I asked for a soda and my wife asked for a water with no ice. She also asked her to bring a second set of silverware. During our wait a few late come be rs to a birthday party arrived and our waitress immediately took their order…it was about 10 minutes later she took our order…again my wife asked for water without ice. About twenty minutes later our meal was delivered by the manager. The waitress stopped after the meal was delivered and my wife asked again for silverware and water without ice. The waitress went straight to another table to take a customers order ignoring the third request for silverware and a water without ice. After I saw what she was doing I got up to get my wife utensils for the meal that was delivered but couldn’t be enjoyed without silverware. I returned to the table with silverware I took from the empty bar area. A few minutes after trying the meals we weee served we both asked of the meal was good. Both of us said the meat tasted burned. The manager stopped by and we related the issue and said he would talk to the waitress who’d been on the job for a week. He also refunded my wife’s barely touched meal. I had eaten about a third of mine before I gave up on the taste so I didn’t feel mine should be refunded even if it tasted bad. Apparently he spoke to the waitress and she walked over to apologized. We paid for our meal and left. I hope no one experiences the same issue but if you do please let the manager know. It’s not fair to him or the restaurant chain to loose customers because of one “bad apple”"
"Food is pretty damn good. The service is even better. The staff, manager, and cook will all engage you in conversation. Probably the best Mexican food in Waldorf."
"The staff are wonderful every time I visit Fiesta TexMex, and whether I dine or order online for delivery or pick up, the food is always fresh and delicious. They have authentic Mexican food as well as TexMex and I've loved everything I've had here. Their salsa is perfection! My mom loves their chicken enchiladas with brown sauce (instead of the a red sauce we see at other places), the refried beans are flavorful. I'm a creature of habit, so I tend to stick with what I like. I usually order the giant nachos with chicken fajita meat or tostadas and I am never disappointed with either one. The pico de gallo they put on top is so flavorful, I never need to add salsa and the chips/tostada shells are always perfectly crunchy. The salsa has the exact right balance of ingredients, not too tomatoey or too spicy. This is one of the few places where I can finish my meal every time."
"Blah. That describes the food, atmosphere and service. Queso dip - watery and bland Baja fish tacos - bland Sweet Chili shrimp tacos - best dish, tastes like bang bang shrimp Shrimp fajitas - veggies barely cooked, but edible. Large shrimp Carne Asada - asked for medium well, received medium rare. Lots of fat on steak. NOTE!! - THEY CHARGE FOR EXTRA SOUR CREAM AND GUACAMOLE. The portion size is equivalent to 2 tablespoons and you are not told this. I saw it on the bill. Service was decent. If we asked for something, it was brought to you. No refills on drinks were offered...it's probably an extra charge anyway. No, it wasn't busy. We were the only people there when we arrived. Total of six occupied tables of 3 people or less. Waitress was pleasant. If I go back, it'll be for Taco Tuesday and only for take-out."
