"I thought this was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. My mother’s job had their holiday dinner here, and the service was outstanding! The food was delicious and the atmosphere and ambiance was great too. There was a very nice looking bar area that I’ll check out in the future. I would definitely recommend."

"I have eaten there several times and enjoyed it. Last time around service was sporadic, blackened chicken overcooked, French fries were limp and overall it is expensive. Kale and tomatoes were good. $8 for 3 onion rings - sheesh! Acoustics loud in dining room. I’ll try again - everyone has bad nights, but I doubt the price of food will ever go down. Hats off to the owner! If you can fill the house, charge high prices and put out less than stellar product, well that’s a winning strategy!"

"We held a Family Reunion with 21 people! The food was good, but the preparation was slow. The hostess did a great job with the table arrangements! The bartender made me an excellent vodka and tonic! Our waitresses, Amanda and Becky, were great!"

"Great spot in the middle of a rural area. This place has great food, a nice bar area and a great setting. Nothing gourmet but solid and tasty menu food for a fair price. Try this Caesar pizza, basically Caesar salad on top of a pizza crust. Awesome"

"Celebrated my husband's 60th Birthday at the Blue Dog Saloon last night in the rainy weather but the food was FANTASTIC! It was our first time going here. The lady who catered our wedding Crystal moved restaurants and told us about this place. Glad i still keep in touch with her! DEFINITELY a hidden gem of a restaurant in Southern Maryland!! Our first time there and the food did not disappoint! Even the desserts were so mouth watering I took 2 home! Lol the chef of this place has been on the Food Network and the people/staff were friendly and not one table was empty it was completely packed! Luckily I made a reservation so we had a table but if you haven't been here its probably the best restaurant I've been to where the food is fresh and tastes homemade! The 8oz crabcake was one of the best I've ever had! If it's a packed house tho it will be a wait to get your food so make sure you're full of good friends & conversations to keep the time rolling! Audrey was our waitress and did a great job! Glad to make memories with my family and we will definitely be back soooooon for more!"
