"Placed an online order and went to pick up they said they did not receive order. After I showed them my order confirmed the location, items, and how much I paid they did not want to make the order horrible experience. Also owner please make sure to take accountability go back further in your footage and you will see that they indeed did not give me the food that I paid for. I had to go back a second time. You were not there so please stop trying to make it look like you guys did nothing wrong. Take the criticism and do better next time."

"Unfortunately I've given up on Super Rico. Generally I order via Uber Eats while at work. The first few times were great. Fresh food, juicy chicken. It was perfect. The last three times have been a total rip off. I've wasted more money than I have ever imagined I would. One time I ordered two meals for my coworker and I. Two half chicken white meat meals and received 1/4 white meat meals. This time the chicken was so dry I literally choked on it. The skin was rubbery. Again...I ordered two half chicken meals with white meat...I received one order correctly but the other was dark meat & white meat. Both times I paid extra for white meat. I've given them the benefit of the doubt to eventually get it right again."

"The place is very clean and even during weekday noon rush the staff are attentive and organized as witnessed by my wife who went in to purchase takeout. As with any new to us dining establishment we (wife & I) try to sample a few things vs just two meals. Wings, cilantro rice, steak fries, and spinach.The rice was ok. The heavy cilantro taste wasn't good for me. Fries were good. Spinach had an unidentifiable spice in it that the wife nor I cared for. The wings were over cooked and that in turn left little edible meat on the wingette and the drumette was marginal. $10.99 would be reasonable if it was cooked correctly. Chicken burrito. Huge burrito. Mostly rice, some beans, and little chicken. I salvaged what chicken I could and it tasted ok. Note: I did find a large piece of chicken breast cartilage during my salvage operation that would have been a real surprise if I would have been actually eating it wrapped up. *See attached picture. $10.99 is very expensive for a rice and bean burrito with a hint of chicken. Veggie quesadilla. It was very good. Not going back. *Note this review was completed without using ridiculous undiscriptive terms like out-of-bounds, OMG, on point, awesome, the bomb, yummy, delish, to die for, do your self a favor, trust me, or kids emojis etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) and provide details on the cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No disrespect to the employees but no one cares about the waiter/waitress/clerk names, or if they look like they fell face first into a tackle box. They get changed like underwear and you don't get to pick one. No we don't care about your allergies or the need for gluten free food. **If you see a Google review posted with just stars & no text, report it via the 3 dot selection adjacent to the review. If the text in the review doesn't describe the food/service report it. This cleans up Google reviews and removes the slugs just trying to get reviewer points Process: Select - Report review. "The red beans were fantastic. The chicken was great. The fried yuca was pretty good when dipped in the sauces...green and white, both excellent, the green is hot and delicious."
