"Al of our experiences At Michaelangelo’s thus far have been great. We usually make appointments for regular hair trims but we used their makeup and hair styling services to get my daughter ready for homecoming yesterday. Staff was very efficient and pleasant during a what was clearly a very busy day and Victoria improved upon the hair and makeup references that my daughter gave, making her feel relaxed and confident. We drive 30+ minutes just to utilize this location and will continue doing so."
"Will not be returning to this salon. I was so upset that I did not even leave my stylist a tip (which I have never done before). I went in to get my hair trimmed, and to get my hair glazed back to my natural hair color as some parts were natural and others were brown. My stylist mixed two different colors in order to get back to my natural color after looking at my roots. The color looked good, and looked like it would match my natural color (blonde). When we were half way done, my stylist had said that she wanted to redo the bottom half of my hair because the color didn't set right. After my hair had been washed through and dried, I quickly realized that my hair was not blonde. The top of my hair was brown, and the bottom was red. I have no idea why the bottom is red, but whatever glaze she put in the second time was NOT blonde, as it clearly came out red. The stylist asked if I liked it and I think she could tell I did not, she said because it was glazed it would fade. I have had multiple people ask why I died my hair red, as I have never had anything but natural colors. At first I thought it was just me who thought it looked red, obviously not. Highly disappointed, the only reason I went was to use a gift certificate I had been given. Needless to say the $50 left on the certificate will be thrown away."
"I received the worst haircut of my life here..i have added before and after pictures below so you can see what was done. When I went to get it fixed at a different salon, the stylist asked if someone had just hacked at my hair with scissors, so beware if you need anything more difficult than a trim."
