The order was wrong so we ask for our money back we where at by the employees n the manger refuse to return our money back and she also cuss at us and ask us to remove our self from the store... as seniors we look for more respect then how was treated."

"All around Drive Thru experience sucked. Chicken was good but lackadaisical attitude at window. The Wing meal I ordered was disappointing. The wings were extremely SMALL. Unbelievable. I won't go there again and it's right up the street. I go to Marlboro Pike from now on!"

"I made an order through the app about an hour before closing which came out to be $56. They weren't able to make half of my order due to machines already being shut down since they were close to closing. The reason why I still give them 5 stars is because of the service they gave over the situation. They were very apologetic and respectful about it. I feel like most places and people's attitudes lately wouldn't even care and would just tell me "tough luck". No, they were very professional about the situation and explained how to get my refund. Another reason I give 5 stars is because the refund could not have been easier. I was able to do it through the app and get my refund processing quickly. It's ok if things like this happen, it's how you handle the situation. I really appreciate their customer service! And on top of it all, they added in some extra fried chicken and sides for the inconvenience!"

"I ordered a 12 piece with no breast, I told them switch the chicken to thighs they gave me 3 thighs and 9 legs this was late at night after me and my family finished moving we are highly upset and disappointed and didn’t open the bag until we got home and of course the store was closed at that time I’ll give them a call tomorrow hopefully they make it right."

I appreciate the staff customer service, friendly atmosphere and for trying their best to keep up with the orders, I see there is a hiring sign posted. Our food was fresh hot and the tastes was just right. The restaurant was clean. Drive-thru and a parking lot is available at this location."
