"I was treated poorly the last time I went. They are Very rude. They don’t execute the style you ask for they give you what they want. When you ask a question they speak in their language and start laughing making the situation awkward. I been going here for years but the people change a lot. I was asked to pay after the lady put 3 braids in my hair which never has happened to me before. Also they only take cash which is very inconvenient."

"If I could 0 star it i would, the place is dirty it’s like they don’t even try everything in the shop was absolutely filthy!!!!! I went In for feed ins straight to the back they look a mess nothing is to the back. And had i not Said anything she would’ve let me just go about my business. The style was 140 I told the women 100$’s , but I’m like ok whatever anything to get my hair nice and neat and to not to give her any excuses go ahead and do what you feel is best. Lastly when i said I disliked my hair the women who clearly spoke English to start the service acted as if she couldn’t understand stand me. Then I had to practically argue with owner about getting some of my money back on a style that I didn’t like . Finally I get some back then she has the nerve to say I’ll see you when you come back. Mama I’m never coming back and I hope nobody goes to them as well. The overall experience was disappointing and I think that until they provide at least provide a decent clean environment nobody should give them business. They aren’t cleaning combs or washing anything."
