"If you are interested in getting your child’s hair done at this establishment, I don’t think it’s a good idea. I had a horrible experience with my daughter. I brought her there to get her hair washed condition and braided. We got there at 9:45 AM and we were there until 5 o’clock and my daughters hair still was not done. There’s a gentleman that works there as well. He was very heavy handed with my daughter. I did not appreciate that either .Natalie then told me that the reason she did not do my daughters hair because she was crying and it was not considerate to the other customers that was there. In total my daughter was in the salon for eight hours and 15 minutes and only had her hair washed. My daughter is six years old. I asked for a refund because we were there for so long, and Natalie refused to do it. I cannot critique the other hairstylist in that salon, but I hope that my honest and transparent details of my experience will help others when you’re making a decision if they want to take the children to the salon."

"I brought my grandmother here for an appointment that she had at 10:30AM. The stylist was OVER 3 HOURS LATE. She was loud on her phone didn't acknowledge us at all or anybody matter of fact. Just to find out she was the owner. Horrible reputation of a owner. She said she had to get her kids to school...right...she proceeded to rush her hair like we was the late ones...SMH NEVER AGAIN!!!"
"This is one of the most professional hair salons I have visited. The stylist were helpful and patient. But my stylist, Emily, worked wonders on my hair. I walked in her salon defeated because there were some challenges with my hair. Emily did not judge my challenging hair issues and in the end, I walked out a satisfied customer."
"Emily is the BEST and does phenomenal work. Always leave out feeling like a queen. Atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. Highly recommend visiting Emily. Got full sewn in weave and color. AMAZING. Emily is the only person I let do my hair."
