"I religiously shop at this ULTA. For the most part there are some sweet and helpful workers but you have the ones with the nasty attitude as if you did something to them. It’s specifically one young lady who has the worst demeanor and attitude, I’m not even sure how she is able to work in this felid of customer service. I read a review about her and clearly knew it was about the same person. I’ve had encounters with her during checkout, she doesn’t speak, smile or ask anything and that’s fine because I’m just checking out. However, todays interaction bothered me because I needed assistance. So this evening I received a beauty service by the sweetest hairstylist, when it was time to check out, I informed her I needed to go to the front to check out to pay and also notify someone about updating my email because my account was hacked on December 12th 2023 and all my points were stolen, but that’s another story. Of course I contacted guest services and the store prior and I was advised to come in in person to update my account because you have to show your ID for proof. The young lady’s demeanor and attitude was so nasty I was shocked and uncomfortable. I said” I need to change my email “ she said with an attitude I don’t know who told you that you need to call customer service” I informed her I already did and this is protocol, she continues to be rude and she didn’t ask for my ID either. The whole exchange between us was terrible And I didn’t deserve to be treated like that. This is why I wanted to speak up and write this review. It’s one thing to not have a bubbly personality but you should talk to people with respect and regards. Imagine getting the same energy you give out, I know she wouldn’t like it. It’s no need to project attitude’s and terrible service on to customers who spend so much money on a regular basis at least have some type of courtesy. I believe it is essential to provide training on proper etiquette for her to ensure a more positive and professional interaction with other customers. I hope they will take appropriate action to address this matter seriously because that kind of attitude is actually sad and embarrassing lol. Maybe work in a field where you don’t have to have human interaction."
