"Although it isn't the original diner from The Blob, it was well worth the trip. A little memorabilia made it feel familiar...but the Blob Burger! Oh yeah, the Blob burger was worth it! We shared it, and it was more than enough. We will be back!"

"Literally the best pancakes I've ever had. I swear they must put coke in them or something because they're so addictive. Over easy eggs were perfectly done, sausage was good. My husband got the blob mess and also thoroughly enjoyed it. Their prices are so good that we even decided to both get a slice of pie or cake which were also good. The restaurant itself could use with maybe a slight upgrade with maybe some new flooring but I understand the type of look and feel they're going for. Our waitress was great and also witnessed her deal with a difficult customer perfectly. I will definitely be back and send anyone I know who likes pancakes to Downtown Diner!"
"Friendly service and good food at reasonable prices. I got a grilled cheese which was easily one of the best I've ever had! It came with chips and a cup of soup for $7.99. What makes it even more interesting is that this diner is where the movie The Blob was filmed in the 50s!"
