"I booked an appointment for waxing and drove almost a hour to get there and no one was there. I called numerous times and even waited 30 minutes and no one showed up. Finally I messaged the company on Facebook and got a reply basically say I’m sorry. Very unprofessional. Never again!!"

"Anna was absolutely wonderful. It was not difficult making an appointment and when I arrived, I never felt rushed at all. Instead, I felt more appreciated and comfortable. Everything that I wanted done to my hair, she was able to do and also make my hair look healthy again. She even offered to teach me how to properly style my new cut. I will never go anywhere else ever again. My fiance and two daughters now go to her for everything that they want done to their hair because of how great Anna is."
