"Food was like that this past Tuesday took my kids there that morning and I’m not a IHop fan but the kids love it, but this location was definitely on point waitress looked slow but she was giving A1 service so I would definitely go back in the early hours like 10am"

"I have not been seated yet and I am very disappointed. Walked into a half empty restaurant and was told the party section has to cleaned so it will be a few minutes. It's been close to 15 minutes and I'm considering walking out the door."

"Called for take out from this location so many times its crazy. Every single time I called I had long hold times and many of the employees don't greet you before putting you on hold. They don't say hello and can you hold please. They just put you on hold without a word and make you wait. Got sick of the poor customer service and called the manager to let him know about the horrible customer service. He said he would find out who that person was that basically picked up the phone and put me on hold twice without greeting me and never came back to take my order. He said that is not how they are trained yet that is what they do constantly. He said I was the first complaint today. I want to give them my businesses to help support the area but I am done with their ignorant mentality and lack of professionalism. They don't care so why should I. It is always your own people that give the worse service. Just sick of this mess."

"My sister waited 10 minutes in line before getting seated. It took 10+ minutes before our waitress approached us & took drink orders.She took an additional 5 minutes to return with our drinks & took our entrée orders. She forgot to give us straws. This IHOP had plenty of waitresses, runners, hostesses & 1 manager on duty. I asked the hostress for straws. Our entrees finally came. My spinach omelet was warm in the middle & lukewarm to cold on the ends. After praying over our food; I quickly started eating my entrée. It seemed like our food had sat for a while due to temperature. No ones pancakes were hot because the scoop of butter didn't melt. My sister & son asked the waitress for strawberry/ blueberry syrup. The waitress informed them when she returned that they didn't have any strawberry syrup containers anymore. She gave my sister a condiment container with strawberry syrup in it & placed a 1/2 full container of blueberry syrup on our table. The ladies' restroom had 1 stall not working. Our waitress was a little slow, yet she did her best to serve us. I would return again back to this IHOP eatery."

"The food was great! The service was ok. It took a really long time to be seated and some of the employees did not seem like they wanted to be there at all. I do recommend trying the chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich, it was great! It is like biscuits and gravy, but in a sandwich with chicken and hash browns as well!"
