Dave & Buster's Capitol Heights

"Well we went last night from 9 to mid. My daughter and her friend were sitting at the bar. The tall thin bartender that was working last night stopped serving my daughter and friend they drinks. They only ordered 1 a piece so far. Come to find out from this bartender that he said he stopped serving them because they didnt leave a tip. First off where we come from we leave tips after we're done eating and drinking. This bartender told them that first impressions are everything. So we were served our food and drinks with the short bartender with the long beard. He did a great job and we tipped him very well for his service."

"One of the roughest experiences at a restaurant. I was so excited about visiting, but it was such a let down. Our server was kind but literally never brought our drinks. And every time we asked, they never arrived. We finally had to ask another lady and it took a while but they finally came out after the food. Then, we went to play games, and multiple machines were broken, down, or had to be worked on. We called on a game mechanic easily 4 times! We definitely lost some money too because of all the running around and not always finding a mechanic. We even went up to see how many tickets we had, picked a toy out, went to the front and they told us our card was empty… after they were the ones that checked the card… and told us how much we had.. we thankfully talked to them and they corrected it, after helping them remember they were the ones that messed up the card. It was just overall a poor experience and I just wish it had met my basic expectations, good food, standard service and games that work."

"First time at this location and you just wonder around until you figure it out. Had to keep asking for a server. Some of the games were broken. The food is not really good. The biggest thing is when they clean the tables off. Saw this girl wipe the table then wipe off the seat (where people sat) then wipe the table again then wipe off the menus. Some dishes are dirty so check them. I felt like we still had fun but you might risk getting sick. The mens bathroom was clean. A positive thing."

"The food was good. I had the chicken strip and fries with pineapple slaw. I'm not really a big fan of slaw, so I won't say much about it. You can try it for yourself."

"Extremely poor customer service and interaction with both employees of Dave and Buster corporation from Tania and Reschelle today. Came into this location on a shiny & sunny Sunday right around the afternoon. Literally not a single a child or adult in the entire location at this time. This location had like 3-4 employees just sitting around the bar and tables just eating and stuffing their face with food. I kindly asked the front desk if they could help me resolve this issue with my Dave and Busters card that has almost 10,000 tickets stored on it. If I can redeem them. They said that my card was deactivated from another location which makes absolutely no sense because I’m the only one with card. So basically in conclusion I lost all my tickets and money I’ve spent plus my remaining balance of 500+ credits that was on my card. These employees denied myself and my beautiful nieces and nephews to play at this location. They did not attempt any sort of customer service and they told me I had to physically go to another Dave and Busters location to resolve the issue with them. Makes absolutely no sense and very sad to see children getting mistreated from ether racist or immature employees. Literally not a single human being at this location on a perfect beautiful weekend."
