"Got there about 10:35 a.m.,they open at 10:30 a.m. it was pouring rain myself and a couple of other people were standing by the door for your employees, (that we could see) to open the door but they did not, after another 10 minutes I went to the drive thru, asked your manager, name John, he could of told us only the drive thru was open, he then told me that I'm taking to long to place my order,my break from work was almost over so I did order a 3 piece meal, the chicken was fried very very hard so I was not able to eat any of it, and he never apologized, he was very rude as well, I did go back to work and informed all the teachers at my school to never go there and they agreed! According to your sign on the door, the dining area opens at 10:30 a.m. too!!!"

"This place has terrible customer service. I asked for a breast, wing, leg and thigh. Why did the girl give me 2 thighs ? She didn't even give me an option to choose. I asked for another breast they were out. She also didn't give me honey or ketchup that I asked for in the beginning. She seemed like she was slow. Train your people to have customer service skills!!"

"Food looked old. One piece was missing the skin like someone ate off it 2nd time going here and had to spend money elsewhere cause food looked horrible please don't waste your money if you go through drive thru please look at your food before you pull off"

"Really tired to be opened minded but a little hard today. I can see why the big pieces were on top. The size of the wings and thighs were small and that’s an understatement. The fries were fresh and hot along with the biscuits. Maybe this was just a bad day for the drive through."
