Papa Johns Pizza

"Papa johns pizzas are always good. However, I would not recommend the Cinnamon pull apart."

"Customer service is terrible. The manager was slamming everything and extremely rude with a nasty attitude. Everytime a customer came in there was no greet, just a snide “picking up or placing”! An elderly man came in and was trying to order and the manager told him nastily that he had to just wait. I will not come back to this location and don’t recommend anyone else going either."

"Order is now 30 minutes overdue. I'm sure my food will still be hot & delicious. Estimated arrival time is another 8 minutes according to the perky computer voice. Don't give them your business."

"i come here quite often since it’s near home. it’s decent to say the least. I did have to call and have a pizza remade. I asked to speak to the manager didn’t catch her name but i think she’s black skinny with locs. Had an attitude when i requested for it to be remade(rushed me off the phone)”OK! we’ll remake it!” Today i picked up my pizza and i hear her yelling from the back “picking up?” i couldn’t make it out until the 3rd time she said it. But why are you yelling period? A paying customer & she’s supposed to be the manager? Hell naw! Replace the manager with someone that has customer service experience & this place will be alright. Also, Check your food before you drive all the way back home!"

"Don't do it. I was diplomatic, courteous, and respectful. They remade the pizza and attempted remedy the issue. As an end result.. was an epic fail."
