"This one rude lady was very impatient. I wanted to scan my code and get points but had a difficult time finding it and instead can only see a deal code that I knew wouldn’t work. I’ve worked fast food service and retail so I know misunderstandings like this all the time and so I acknowledged even though the code didn’t work if she can see on her end if my points were still applied since I am still making a purchase. She had a lot of attitude and proved she wasn’t listening to what I was saying at all bit spoke to me like I was dumb. there was no excuse for her behavior towards me. I won’t be coming here again."
