"The receptionist and Kelly were great! I came in an hour before they closed, desperately needing my gel + acrylics off. The receptionist kindly let me know that it would be better for me to come back with an appointment if I wanted a new full set but still accommodated me for a removal and gel manicure. I appreciate his patience with me as I tried to figure out what I wanted. Kelly was friendly and awesome! Taking my last set off was definitely an undertaking because they were so thick and it would’ve taken too long to soak off. She was able to get them off and did my gel manicure quickly, but still beautifully. I look forward to coming back when I have more time to get a new set!"
