In addition, her keen eye for styles and color based on face shape and personality will help if you are looking for a new style or to make a change. She is extremely knowledgeable about hair care and only recommends products that are the best for each hair type. She is a great educator as well as a great stylist. I highly recommend her!"

"New to the area, I was looking for a place around Glen Burnie to get my hair cut. Vikki's was the first place I tried out, and I haven't felt the need to shop around anywhere else. The atmosphere is welcoming -- there's usually some sort of tea or coffee on offer (and this amazing lemon-flavored water that I'm addicted to). I was lucky enough to have Vikki herself be my stylist. Her expertise helped translate my very incompetent way of explaining what I wanted (I don't know hair terms very well), and she helped me go through the process of what I wanted and never showed any impatience. She explained all the products being used and the 'whys' and 'hows' to use them without coming off as being pushy; and they always seem to have some sort of customer-saving activity going on (for Easter they had deals hidden in Easter eggs... and candy, too!)."

"I took my Mom, who's in her early 80's to Vikki's for a much needed day of hair pampering. My Mom has not been anywhere in public since the beginning of this pandemic because she has major health concerns. Vikki scheduled her a private appointment when she first opened her salon for the day. Vikki's Hair Studio takes every precaution to be COVID-19 compliant and we felt completely safe! Vikki greeted us at the door with her PPE on, we used hand sanitizer & she took our temperature. We were the only ones in the salon the entire time, wearing our masks the whole time. Vikki took her time with my Mom as she needs frequent breaks transitioning around the salon. I was so impressed and pleased with her patience and how she doted on my Mom, giving her a bottle of water and a snack and checking on how she was doing. We were there for over 2 hours so my Mom could get a perm, haircut, blow out and curl. The look on her face when she looked in the mirror was priceless! She was beaming! I highly recommend Vikki's Hair Studio for their cleanliness, safety precautions and personal attention to her customers. We have been customers of hers for a very long time, but this frequent visit shows how much Vikki truly cares for her customers! "Edit 2020: I just visited Vikki's for the first time since quarantined and I was blown away by the precautions being taken. I felt 100% safe with all of the processes put in place. I will continue to visit Vikki's because of this and the amazing value. The prices there are lower than any other salon in the area and the treatment is even better! I have been going to Vikki's for years and will never go anywhere else. It's always a relaxing experience and I always leave looking great. It also helps that the prices are very reasonable.
