Reviews of Subway
"Very very rude, the employees are the worst part about it, no good customer service and we also spent a lot of money for a really bad service, we asked for the bathroom no response at all, and also they would ignore what we want but put their own choice of items, very bad customer service, and especially the Hispanic girl and 2 Bangladesh guys, very bad and I’m really disappointed in that service as this store has such a low rating but they would still not attempt to bring it up, very bad."
"Review is based on only one visit and my first to this franchise. The restaurant itself looks good. It's clean and modern on the inside. The food is standard Subway fare. I placed a mobile order. Pickup estimate was 5:20pm after placing at 5:00. A 20 min time is a bit long for 2 footlong subs. It's dinner rush kinda. I entered the store around 5:15 and sat down. The store had 2-3 people in line, though one may have been a security guard, and 3 employees. The employees never asked why I was in there sitting and staring. I waited until 5:28 and finally went up to the counter. After waiting for someone to come take my order, I was able to ask about my order, told him my name, and got my bag which was sitting on their counter by the slicer, not on the mobile pickup rack. Why have a mobile pickup rack? I don't care if I have to talk to someone, fine. Some people don't want to. However I also had to wait in line on top of the 20 min waiting for my order of 2 footlongs. I was the only person sitting, no food, just facing the mobile order rack waiting. No one said anything. I watched them make orders. I know the sandwiches weren't JUST made so I guess the plan was just for them to sit there, behind the counter. I get there are other customers, but it wasn't packed. I could have gone to Giant next door, bought all the ingredients, and made the sandwiches myself in the time and for almost the same price. $10 for a standard footlong each is ridiculous considering the store's tagline was the famous $5 footlongs. With promos, they're okay prices, but the quality is nothing to die for. It tasted about as good as a premade grocery store sub, which isn't a bad thing, but not $10 especially when there are options like Jersey Mike's down the road or Giant in the same mall. I will update the review if I decide to come back."
"I came in here today and asked for cooks, the cookies were rock hard. One guy said he was going to make more but the lady turned around said she wasnt going to make anymore out of spite im guessing. When i was nothing but respectful, i even tipped these people. Mind you the younger coworker had the audacity to laugh after she kept saying she wasnt making more cookies. All Of this happened around 1:00-1:23 on November 29,2023…. That is so rude and mean when all ive been was respectful. I even offered to just wait until they made another batch which was supposed to be at 2 but she said she wasnt making anymore for the rest of the day."
"NThe two girls working were flirting with a guy and refused to acknowledge my presence. After a couple minutes, I started timing and it took 17 minutes to be acknowledged. I was ready to walk out but I decided to see how this was going to play out. I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE ANT IT TOOK 17 MINUTES to acknowledge me! After that the service was absolutely terrible. She would add a slice or two of meat and then stop to talk to the other girl working, and when she eventually got back to me, she asked me if I wanted each and every item. The ingredients are listed on the board, that's why I ordered what I did, why should I have to acknowledge everything I wanted on the sandwich? Finally, in total, it took 7 minutes to make my sandwich. At this time, I was still in the store waiting on my order to be completed for more than 25 minutes. Now, to top things off, my order came to $11.85 and I was given $8.00 back. What happened to the other $0.15 cents I was owed? She made no effort to explain to me why she didn't give me the change, she just turned and picked up her conversation with the other girl working. Sh can't count $0.15 cents from me! I was ripped off and stolen from and I'm MAD!!! I hope the franchise owner reads this and takes action. I know that I will never go back!"
"Online App messed up my order and when I called about it was given all sorts of excuses on why it wasn't their fault but failed in customer service and hung up on me. I worked in food service as a manager whether or not it was my fault or the person or websites mistake the customer came first. It would have been easy to say I'm sorry that happened let me fix it and make it right, not he case here even after I showed up Manager was rude and made no attempt to make sure that he took care of a customer instead I wouldn't eat or recommend them anymore"
