"Following back to your response, to my negative review, And that is you are not sorry for ruining my hair, as well as not taking fault for the mistake made in the result for my hair turning gold from the partial highlights not belong left on long enuf and after the toner, it was ash gray, purple and gold throughout my entire head of hair . And after going to another salon to partially fix the mistake you all caused, they stated The first mistake was made because they used hot water to remove the toner in witch that should never be, as it caused the entire head of hair to activate the ash, gray, purple throughout the entire hair and second was the gold came from not putting your hair under a dryer and leaving the bleach on longer. This is why the mistake was made and they did not no how to do color well."
