Panera Bread

"I frequent this one in Clinton Maryland often. But today the drive thru worker was rude and impatient. I asked for certain ingredients not to be added , but taken out and when I received my order I looked it over at the drive thru window and questioned her because I thought I'd saw what I didn't want on my Mediterranean bowl. She rudely and impatiently said that ingredient wasn't on the salad and rushed me away from the window. When I got to work ready to eat , just like I thought , there was the yogurt I asked not to be placed on the salad...totally unacceptable. So I got rude service and a salad I can't eat or return because I'm at work now ...smh"

"I love Panera bread. I use the online app to make my order, then I pick it up at a location of my choice. I love the sandwiches...always loaded with toppings. The soup, such a delish variety to choose from and salads, wonderful tastes with the different cheeses, toppings and the prices are great for class of foods Panera bread carries. Once you go inside to pick up your order, the atmosphere is quiet but comfortable, laid back with a preppy - type feeling."

"It took almost 20 mns before I got my order. Because I changed something on my order, I waited 5 mns to get butter instead of cream cheese. And I have to ask for a knife to spread the butter. I hope that you take into consideration customers' time as well. I was very disappointed by the service."

"Ordered from the app and the food was both tasty and out quickly. I was easily able to overlook things like no spoon utensils for my soup. However, someone needs to check these employees. I was there between 4:00 and 5:00 on a Saturday and a group of 4 of them had some food together (presumably on break?) in the booth right behind me. Lemme tell you, I would be a rich man if you gave me some money for every curse word that came out of their mouths. I don't know who they were talking trash about but goodness, they didn't even care how loud and disrespectful they were being. Very unprofessional, to say the least. Other than that, it looks like a very new location and it was both spacious and clean."

"I never ordered food from here before and got a sub. I thought it was dry and not very filling but all in all tasted good. I bought my dad a sub and brought it home an almond chicken sub and he said the sub was very good. My wife got an salad and soup said she was full but didn't finish either. I tried her salad but she drenched it in dressing couldn't taste the salad. The place was very clean I just didn't like getting dishes and putting them on top of a trash can just wasn't sure what to do. The service ordering and getting food was very good."
