Specializing in flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken, our dishes are always fresh and never frozen. Our chicken is marinated in PERi-PERi for 24 hours and grilled to perfection in your choice of heat level. We proudly source our authentic PERi-PERi chilis from small-scale farmers in Southern Africa.
Originally founded in South Africa in 1987, Nando's has expanded globally, with our Rosslyn location being a popular choice for locals and visitors alike. Situated near the Key Bridge and Potomac River, our restaurant is a great spot for happy hours, business luncheons, and casual dining. Our creative and contemporary space provides the perfect backdrop for enjoying our delicious PERi-PERi dishes.

"We ordered PERi Chicken Rainbow Bowl and PERi Honey Wings with PERi Chips with PERinaise to take home. Chicken bowl was okay, but chiken wings and fries were delicious. You can place an order by scanning a QR code on the table and a server will bring food to your desk."
"The chicken here was really dry… I got a half chicken it tasted like it got cooked last week. Every other Nando’s I’ve ever been to the chicken was juicy. This was disappointing, however the sides will still great. Maybe stick to the wings I think stopped cooking the chicken to order."
"Nice job turning a convenient, fast casual restaurant into another sit down restaurant with toxic tipping culture. I paid an extra 15% (tip) so they could bring out my food without silverware, napkins or my drink. I had to get it myself, which isn’t a big deal. But why am I paying an extra 15%? Because some fat cats at corporate knew they could pump up the average revenue per customer. The food’s good but please stop trying to wring more money out of customers if you’re not going to offer more value in exchange."

"This location gave me the hardest avocado I’ve ever seen in my whole life. On top of that one whole side of my chicken breast was burnt and it was missing the Humus if that was supposed to go inside of the bowl. I don’t know if it’s pure laziness or someone just didn’t wanna work today, but the whole meal was disgusting. I suggest going to the location that’s close to the Ballston mall. They are much better. This location in Rosslyn is not great."
