"Spoke to staff on the phone to ask a question, halfway through Shardae complained to Brandy on how I was getting on her nerves loud and clear for me to hear. Both are employees at the store whom were very unhelpful and rude. I have ordered here before and the food was sloppily put together, with missing items as well. Safe to say this is a Jersey mikes to stay away from."
"Saw a commercial while watching the Oriole game so thought we would try it. Ordered a brownie and they wrote a note in the bag that there were no brownies and gave me a cookie instead. The price was $2.59 for one cookie, all they had to do was give me the option/choice. Not a fan."
"I ordered the mini Italian sub with ltm and ex hots. I got a turkey sandwich with ltm. I also ordered a kids meal and all they sent was the cookie. Very disappointed for my first order. I ordered online and used a gift card. I wouldn't recommend ordering online. I have no idea what they did with my order."
"Absolutely horrible. Paid over $50 for Italian cold cuts. It was dry and flavorless. No oil, vinger or seasonings. Just lettuce and tomatoes. Wrapping was 1/2 wrapped. Roll was dried out with nothing on it for moisture. Weren't even labeled so all subs had to be opened. Slow people taking forever just to wrap it. I don't recommend."
